Before opening Luxury Homes Realty Inc. , Michel’s real estate career started over 25 years ago when he joined Intrawest Corp. as a real estate launch sales specialist and later as sales director. He sold luxury properties in markets such as Whistler, Mt. Tremblant, Utah, Colorado, California, France & London.

After Intrawest, Michel worked as an agent with Coldwell Banker in Whistler and California and RE/MAX in Vancouver market. In 2005, with his experience & contacts, he was invited to join Sotheby’s International Realty Canada as Vice President West Coast. During that time, Michel also occupied roles such as Project Director for some of the finest residential projects and Managing Broker.

In 2012 Michel was asked to join the largest residential project sales organisation in North America, Baker Real Estate Inc. as VP Sales & Marketing. He opened the first Baker office in Montreal and within one year, the office grew to 6 large developer clients, producing 10 residential urban projects valued at over $280M in sales.

Michel returned to the Okanagan where he enjoys helping his developer & residential clients while enjoying all the outdoor sports and culinary scene the valley has to offer.
